| The home is completely
furnished. There are pots and pans, small appliances (blender,
coffee pot, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, CD player), linens,
bath towels and a few beach towels. With the recent change
in ownership, our home was renovated with new furniture, linens
and kitchen items as of Spring 2004. The goal is to make our
guest experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible. [Inclusions]
