Main upper area sleeps 4 - king bed and pull out sofa. This level has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a full bathroom, a great room for living and dining comfort and full-sized fully furnished kitchen.
Lower unit contains a full bath, one queen-size bed and one twin-size bed.

Description
Our Tar Bay Beach vacation home features a stunning location just 6 miles North of George Town. The property boasts breathtaking exotic views of the Atlantic Ocean, surrounding cays and virgin white sand beaches. Our guests appreciate the relaxing location and panoramic views from inside the house (180 view from great room upstairs) and from the wrap around oceanside deck. The main living area is a spacious great room with adjoining kitchen. The home is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. The gorgeous aquamarine ocean water for which Exuma is fabled, is just feet from the door down a private walkway. Guests can also enjoy all the facilities of a resort area, including nearby tennis court, marina
and docking facilities, excellent restaurants, and the new Four Seasons casino and golf course. The house
will accommodate 6 adults comfortably - with two seperate living quarters each sleeping 3+ guests. The owners of the property and our caretaker will be pleased to assist guests in arranging day trips, ecotours, scuba equipment, fishing
trips and other Great Exumian excursions.

There is a wrap around deck on the upper level.
The downstairs unit is handicapped accessible. The unique octagonal living room offers 180 degrees of pristine island panorama. The property includes several acres of land, with a large private beach. If you're dreaming of quiet Caribbean seclusion - this house has just what you're wishing for. Amenities include a full kitchen furnished with new small appliances, pots, pans, dishes, etc. Our caretaker, Frederica, who lives in the third unit onsite and works at the market, will stock your pantry and refrigerator if you wish (special request - extra charge). All linens and bath towels are provided, but, you may wish to bring your own beach towels. Enjoy breakfast, al frescoe, and watch the sun come up on paradise.

To insure reservations for the dates you desire,
we strongly recommend that you book your stay on Exuma well
in advance. Peak season rentals frequently fill up as much as

Policies

Deposits
A commitment deposit of 1/2 of the total rental fee is required to secure
your chosen dates. Final payment is due 30 days prior to commencement of stay.
Refunds
We are always willing to work with our guests when plans change. Please
ask Laura about our reservation refund policy when you call.
