 Scheduling Please try to schedule your visit well in advance as many of our clients plan six months ahead and some months fill very quicky. Please be ready to notify use of the number in your party, as rental rates are based on a per person additional fee for rental parties numbering 3 or more. |
 Travel Confirmation Confirm dates of travel, and email a confirmed travel itinerary detailing when your arrival and departure schedule for your stay on Exuma. |
 Reservations Reservations must be secured with payment of 1/2 of the rental fee upon scheduling the reservation with Laura. |
Payments PLEASE PUT THE DATES OR YOUR STAY BE IN PARADISE ON EACH OF YOUR CHECKS. |
| Down Payment: Payment of 1/2 total rental charges is due, by check, upon reservation completion. We prefer payment in the form of personal or cashiers check, and will hold your tentative reservation until the payment clears your bank. For guests from outside the United States, we ask that you pay with a bank transfer. Please ask Laura for instructions. |
| Final Payment: A final payment is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival at Paradise Point, along with an additional security deposit explained below. |
Security Deposit At this time, we also require a $100 payment to be held as security deposit. The deposit will be returned as calculated during the exit inspection. Damages during your stay are the renters' liability and will be deducted from the Security Deposit, and any excessive damages billed accordingly. |
